So, now I finally managed to finish something, for a change... This is my first portrait of Zhang Ziyi, a very talented actress. I have only seen her in "Memoirs of a Geisha", though. I don't really know why I chose to draw her. I guess it was just that I happened to look her up on Google when it was her birthday (I sometimes do that) and I found this great pic from the movie "2046". Maybe I'll watch the movie someday...
I've used a "new" paper, I didn't have the possibility to work on until I got my portfolio of my fashion show (pics in my gallery) back, because I've glued the portfolio in the same block.
• colored pencils (Supracolor watercolor)
• eraser
• mechanical pencil HB 0.7 (for sketching)
• recycled paper (drawing ~ 14 x 21 cm)
• reference: a still from the movie 2046

//EDIT// I've now seen the movie, and I really liked it.
I also replaced the dA watermark with my own, so that you see the picture better up close.
